Returns Policy / Procedure:
Please return your hat, in the same condition that you received it, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund. Following the instructions at the bottom of this page, return the unused hat along with the completed Returns Form (To let us know what we can do better), using the box that you received the hat in - it's all free of charge.
Once we receive and inspect/approve your return, we will send you an email stating that your return has been processed. We will approve all refund requests for unused hats that are returned within 30 days of receipt (by you). A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 30 days of Urban Canairie receiving your return.
For American Customers: A "return label" was provided with your initial delivery. Simply attach the label to the box you received from us, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx depot for return delivery. To find the nearest dropoff location, visit FedEx Locations.
For Canadian Customers: To print out a "return label", please follow the link below. Please note that in order for you to print your returns label, you will need to enter the Returns Authorization code that was provided to you on your 'Thank You' letter.
